We are the data controller for the personal data we collect about you and are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

2. What we collect

When you fill in a form on this website, we collect:

• •Your email address
• •Your phone number (only if you choose to provide it)
• •Any notes or messages you send us
• •The type of enquiry (personal training, online coaching, or membership)

When you visit the website, we also collect a small amount of anonymous usage data (page views, device type, country, referring site) via Vercel Web Analytics. This does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.

3. Why we use your data

We use your personal data to:

• •Respond to your enquiry about membership, personal training, or online coaching
• •Add you to a mailing list only if you have specifically asked to be on it (for example, the Iron Eight priority list)
• •Send you information you have specifically requested
• •Improve the website, using anonymous analytics

We do not use your data for any other purpose, and we never sell it.

4. Legal basis

Under UK GDPR, we rely on:

• •Consent: when you sign up for a mailing list or opt in to marketing.
• •Legitimate interests: when you submit a coaching or membership enquiry, so we can reply. You can object at any time.
• •Contract: if you become a paying member or coaching client, so we can deliver the service you have paid for.

5. Who we share it with

We use these trusted third party services to run the business. Your data is shared with them only as needed:

• •Brevo (email marketing platform, based in the EU). Stores your contact details and sends emails on our behalf.
• •PT Distinction (online coaching platform, US). Only used if you become an online coaching client. Training plans and check-ins are delivered through this app under approved data transfer mechanisms.
• •Vercel (website hosting and anonymous analytics, US). Hosts this website under approved data transfer mechanisms.

We do not share your data with anyone else for marketing, advertising, or any other commercial purpose.

6. How long we keep it

• •Enquiry data: kept for up to 2 years from your last contact, then deleted.
• •Mailing list data: kept until you unsubscribe.
• •Active member or coaching client data: kept for the duration of your membership and up to 6 years afterwards for accounting purposes (HMRC requirement).

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

• •Access the data we hold about you
• •Correct anything that is wrong
• •Delete your data (the right to be forgotten)
• •Withdraw consent at any time
• •Object to processing based on legitimate interests
• •Complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk) if you think we have mishandled your data

8. Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies or third party advertising cookies. Vercel Web Analytics, which we use for anonymous traffic data, is cookie free by design. The only browser storage we use is essential functional storage required for forms and basic site behaviour.
